May 05, 1971 - Spain's singer Miguel Rios in Hamburg : The Spanish Singer-songwriter Miguel Rios (27) is not only a well known singer and composer (for instance of the successful song Song of Joy from Beethoven's Ninth Symphony) but also enthusiastic football player - during a game he hurt his hand in Madrid which is now in a cast. So he did not object to a girl from Hamburg (Germany) during his present visit to do his hair before a press conference (photo). Miguel Rios, born in 1944 as son of an agricultural worker in Andalusia has been one of the most popular rock and roll singers of Spain since the age of 16. With his band Locomotion he was very successful. His records have sold extremely well in his native country, as well as Mexico, Columbia, Portugal and Argentina.
