American showman Mike Todd gave a fabulous party in the Battersea Festival Gardens on Tuesday night to celebrate the premiere of his film Around the world in 80 days, which was held at the Astoria cinema, London. Guests were taken from the theatre in buses to Charing Cross Pier, where they embarked on riverboats which took them to the Battersea Festival Gardens.
