Dec. 15, 1959 - A marine Corps Infantryman attaches a 5.5 -pound, shaped charge, high explosive warhead to a Cobra anti-Tank missile. The Cobra is guided to its target by means of Electronic signals transmitted along a fine wire which spins out behind the missile in flight. Developed in West Germany, the Cobra is now being evaluated by the Marine Corps. Daystrom Inc. Murray Hill, New Jersey is American Contractor for the Missile
