May 05, 1961 - New Minister of the Army of the USA inspects US-forces in Germany: The new Secretary of State for the army in the USA, Minister Elvis J. Stahr jr. (Elvis J.Stahr Jr.) arrived in Stuttgart on May 26th, 1961. After talks in the head quarters of the 7th US-army in Stuttgart, the Minister went to Heidelberg and will then continue his inspection journey to troups of the US-army to Berlin.
