Apr. 20, 1963 - US Army Secretary Vance visited the troops of the 7th US Army division is Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Ulm, and Munich this weekend. This visit marks the first time the secretary has visited US troops in Germany as well as seen German troops. After sightseeing and some discussions there was a big troop parade in Munich.
