Sep 24, 1968; New York, NY, USA; Mr. EMILIO ARRENALES, who was today elected President of the twenty-third session of the UN General Assembly, has been the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Guatemala since July 1966. He was a delegate to the fifth and sixth sessions of the UN Committee on Information from non Self Governing Territories in 1954 and 1955, and President of the Committee in 1956. In 1957, he was elected Vice President of the Trusteeship Council and became President in 1958
