Mme Pandit presents photographic awards, London

Dec. 12, 1955 - Mme Pandit Presents Photographic Awards. Keystone Man Receives Sports Picture Prize: Mme Pandit the High Commissioner for India in London - last evening presented the awards to winners of the 1955 Encyclopedia Britannica Press Photographer of the Year Competition - at a Savoy Hotel reception. First Prize in the Sequence section was won by Mr John Drydale of Keystone Press Agency and Feature Service - while First Prize for the Sports picture of the year was won by Mr Reginald Burkett of Keystone - who, in 1953 won the Press Photographer of the Year title.
