Model of new Cunard liner unveiled, London
Feb. 26 A secret revealed as model is unveiled.: The shape, colours and others details of the new cunarder were revealed for the first time today when Chairman Sir Basil Smallpeice unveiled a scale model of the ship in the Riverside Promenade, Royal Festival Hall, this afternoon. A similar function was taking place in New York at the same time Q4 is due for launching by the Queen on September 20th. Among those present were Cunard's naval architect Dan Wallace and technical director T. Kaneen, together with exterior designer James Gardner. The model is five feet long.
