Jan. 01, 1954 - Britons going well in the Monte Carlo Rally.: Some of the competitors taking part in the Monte Carlo Rally arrived at Clifton's garage, Sidcup, Kent, at 3:30 a.m. this morning. Theirs cars were checked and serviced before continuing their journey to dover on their hazardous 2, 050-mile run to the South of France.
