May 14, 1957 - Tragedy In The Mille Miglia. Spanish Marquis CPA Shes and Fourteen Die. The Spanish racing driver - wealthy Marquis Alfonso de Portago and his co driver were killed when their Ferrari car crashed into the crowd - after a tyre had burst - near Brescia - during the Italian Mille Miglia road race.
