Feb. 29 Preparations for today Soapbox Derby Sixty Soap Box cars from all over the country, will battle for honours in the finals of The Scout Soapbox Derby along the Olympic Way, Wembley today. Averaging 20 mph over the 440-yards course, these pedal-drive cars have all been made by the Scouts themselves at a cost of less than £5.
