But youngsters growing up with seven-year-old Karen Avery, who fancy becoming future Jackie Stewarts, may well find it difficult to keep up with her. For Karen already rears along at 50 mph in her own Formula Six car. The machine, with a 205c.c.engine, was made by her father for150. Karen, from Cheslyn Hay, Staffs. who has been driving since she was three, can only practice on private land. But when she's old enough for reads and race tracks she may give the boys a testing time
