Jul. 07, 1962 - Stirling Moss (Without Stick) Off To Water-Ski Stirling Moss - who was seriously injured in a 110 mph crash at Goodwood on Easter Monday, flew from London Airport for Nassau, Bahamas, on a four-week recuperative holiday during which he will water-ski, spear-fish, swim and sail - with his doctor's permission. He left without the aid of a stick or any other support. He has already driven car. The crash has not made any difference to his nerves, he said. Motor racing to me is a way of life'.
