Nov. 22, 1960 - The famous motorcyclist Georges Monneret, who left Saturday morning from Saint-Ouen to participate in the Paris-London-Paris race on his 50 CM3 motorbike, beat the Golden Arrow train that links the two capitals. Dominique Chanel took the train thinking she would arrive before Monneret. They left Saint-Ouen together and Monneret arrived in London two hours before the Golden Arrow
