Jun. 06, 1970 - The Rac Junior Grand Prix At Crystal Palace: Britain's young aspiring drivers took part today in the RAC Junior Grand Prix at Crystal Palace. The competitors. boys and girls aged 6 and under were at the controls of pedal-powered mini-racing cars as they made a 75-yard dash down a section of the motor racing circuit normally used by the more experienced racing drivers. The winner's prize was the car he drove to victory.
