Nov. 11, 1977 - Replacement For Niki Lauda? Having won the World racing championship title driving Ferrari Cars, Niki Lauda has left the Italian Company to Pilot Abraham Alfa Romero Cars in international events. Ferrari is now testing racing drivers to replace Niki Lauder at the Ballenlunga Antodrome near Rome. The choice appears to be between the French Canadian drivers Gilles Villenueve, and Carlos Reutman of Argentina.
