Aug. 08, 1954 - The British Empire Leprosy Relief Association at horse guards parade: The British Empire Leprosy Relief Association, founded in 1924, with the aim of spreading the Knowledge that modern science could treat and finally prevent the spread of Leprosy opened their exhibition this morning at the Horse Guards Parade.
