Stanley, president-elect of the American Bar Association, said today the Organized bar should take the lead in responding to the public's needs, effectively, and Promptly. I would rather lead with change than be faced with court ordered changes, the Chicago attorney said in an address prepared for delivery to the annual meeting of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Calling his approach one of enlighten self-interest, Stanley said it Should keep litigation at a minimum
