Slave Girl to be auctioned in City! read the advertisement in a local newspaper - and tomorrow, attractive air hostess Yvonne Green will wear her costume of seeking, and for charity, will be auctioned at a Newcastle upon Tyne saleroom to the highest bidder. but whoever becomes her master must agree to one important condition - that after 15 hours she will be released from her bondage as a slave. Entertainment has been arranged for Yvonne and her master in the form of Luncheon, cinema show, champagne dinner and then a visit to a Newcastle night club, but unlike Cinderella, who had to be home by midnight, Yvonne will be home by 2 a.m. after her night club visit.
