Feb. 25 Foreign Minister Conference The signing of a joint statement of the Conference of Foreign Ministers of the Warsaw Treaty Member States in Prague Cernin Palace, concluded on October 31st, 1969 the Conference of seven socialist countries, signatories of the Budapest appeal. The foreign ministers of the seven signatory states of the Budapest appeal discussed at their Prague meeting some of the problems connected with preparations for an All-European conference (on security). Czechoslovak Foreign Minister Jan Marko signing the statement
