Feb. 28 Leader of Ulster peace movement Betty Williams on visit in west-Germany: Betty Williams, the leader of the Ulster women for peace movement, has come to a four-day visit to west-Germany on invitation of the Federal Government after having been to Hannover and Bonn, where she was received by the president of the Bundestag, Annemarie Ranger, Betty Williams has come to Hamburg The Befast housewife, a mother of two children, will be awarded this year's Carl-Von-Ossietzky Mesal by the Berlin section of the International league for Human Rights.
