The Sam Francsco COnference - Delegates of Fifty Nations Not at San Francisco Between April 25 and June 26, 1945, Working on the Dumbarton Oaks Propossls, the Yalta Agreement, and Annomonte propoced by varous Goverment. The Conference agreed Upon The Charter of the United Nations and the Statute of the New International Court of Justice. The Charter was peased unenimously and signed by all the representatives. it cams into force on October 24, 1945, when China, Francs, the USSR, The United Kingdom and the United States and a Majority of the Other Signatories had filled their istruments of rebifisation. The Earl of Halifax, Ambassador to the United States, member of the Delegation from the United Kingdom, Signing the Charter at a Ceremony held at the Veterans War Memorial Building on 26 June
