secretary - General Visits Hungary : UN 163 292 Budapest, Hungary, February 1984 8402/3204/20. Secretary- General Javier Perez de Cuellar paid an official visit to Hungary between 23 and 25 February as part of his late February tour of Eastern Europe, which also included official visits to Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Bulgaria. During his Hungarian stay, Javier Perez de Cuellar ( dark cost) was shown the sights of Budapest.
