Mar. 14, 1963 - Nobel Winners VIP- TC crowd Rome for F.A.C. Hunger. Elabon Prize-winners and 22 other eminent figures to assemble this morning in Rome, to help focus world intention on the problems of hunger and malnutrition. The meeting today, called the Special Assembly on Man's Right to Freedom from Hunger and Malnutrition Dr. B.R. Sen, director general of the F.A.O. The assembly plans to draw up and sign a manifesto calling for world wide efforts to give manking enough to eat. OPS = Felix Schnyder ( UNHCR ) and Dr. Albert Sabin
