Sep. 09, 1960 - International Atomic energy Agency conference in Vienna.: Delegates from 71 nations as well as observers from the united Nations are taking part in the Fourth General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency - now being held in Vienna's former Imperial Palace. The conference is expected to last a fortnight. Photo shows: In between sessions for M.V.
