Feb. 25 The Premier of Northern Ireland, Mr. Askin, stands to move his first motion as Premier in the Legislative Assembly after the official opening of State Parliament yesterday. Ministers seated behind him on the Government front bench are (from L) Mr. T.L. Lewis (Lands and Mines), Mr. M.A. Morris (Transport), Mr. D. Hughes (Public Works), Mr. P.H. Morton (Local Government), Mr. K.M. McCaw (Attorney-General), Mr. E.A. Willis (Labour and Industry and Chief Secretary), and Mr. W.A. Chaffey (Agriculture).
