Sep. 09, 1959 - Blind boy from Jordan arrives at a London hospital.: Blind eleven year old Naherel Odeh - accompanied by his father - arrived at St. George's Hospital, Hyde Park this afternoon. He is to have attention from a famous Harley Street Oculist. It came about because King Hussein of Jordan - saw and heard him playing the Jordanian National anthem in the village of Beitjjala, near Jerusalem - and being saddened by the poor lad - said he must have every chance of having his eyesight restored - and he came to London. Photo shows Nabeel Odeh, and his father at the hospital this afternoon
