Nancy Kwan, actress, to appear in new British film

Jan. 01, 1962 - Nancy Kwan to play the part of Italian peasant girl in new British film. Nancy Kwan, the girl who became a star making the film version of The World of Suzie Wong and Flower Drum Song, is changing her nationality - on screen. Miss Kwan is to appear in a new British film called The Main Attraction in which she will be an Italian peasant girl. She is partly Scottish and this will make the transition from oriental to occidental a little smoother. It has always been necessary to make her up very carefully to suggest a realistic Chinese.
