Feb. 29 The World dances The Red Indian. Not so long ago the bright feathers, the wild whoops and the incessant tom-toms of the Red Indians struck fear into the heart of the White man. Today, the ancient dances of the American Indian are still performed by descendants of those same warriors, but only at annual tribal meetings. Here is Rudy New Moon who comes from Red Rock, Oklahoma and wears colourful tribal dress as he performs an ancient war dance
