Ned Sparkes, British businessman, released from jail
Nov. 11, 1980 - Ned Sparkes arrives at London Airport; Mr. Ned Sparkes, 53, the British Businessman released after two years in an Iraqi jail, returned home yesterday. Mr. Sparkes, from Maidenhead, Berks, had been jailed for life on charges of espionage and bribery charges he has always denied.
