Feb. 28 Foundation of movement of right wingers in Mannheim. Under the name National Collection they were founding a party Mannheim for all small groups of right wingers which are the Deutsche Gemeinschaft of August Heussleiter, the German Social Movement of Heinz Priester, and the German Block of Karl Meisnerr. As guests were present Wolfgang Hedler, member of the Federal Assembly of the DRP (German Empire Party) and the leader of Swedish Fascist Movement (Nysvenska Roorelsen) Dr. Per Engdahl and his wife. Besides there were also representatives of the Fascist groups from abroad.
