Photo Shows:- Norway's pro-European Premier, Trygve Bratteli, who declared: This means that the Government will resign - after Norwegians firmly declared that they do not want to join the Common Market, in a national referendum. The results from 595 of the 607 constituencies voting in the referendum were : Yes - 46.2 percent; No - 53.8 percent
