Feb. 26 The drum makers and the new cipher: a new drum for the Coronation bearing the new Queen's cipher. It is for the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers and is being emblazoned by artist Fred Eaton, who uses a large array of scrap books and even cigarette cards for his research work
