New European Palace to open in Strasbourg
Jan. 24, 1977 - President Giscard d'Estaing of France will preside over the inauguration ceremony of the new European Palace on January 28 in Strasbourg. It was built to house the Ministers Council, the Parliamentary Assembly, and the secretarial department of the European Council whose seat is in Strasbourg
