Feb. 26 Wharf-side view of new, 000, 000 marine terminal built by the Port of New York Authority for use by Waterman Steamship Corporation. Fifty-foot-wide, 1, 650-foot-long apron is equipped with two rail tracks, has total area of 80, 000 square feet permitting unhampered mechanical handling of cargo. Three connecting cargo terminal buildings and adjacent wharves were built on previously undeveloped portion of south side of Port Newark Channel and along Newark Bay
