Newly restored chapel, King's College, Cambridge

Feb. 25 Newly restored chapel of king's college, Cambridge. restoration work on the interior of King's college chapel, Cambridge, is now completed. A sum of 50, 000 has been spent not only on cleaning the interior, but also on restoring a large amount of the chapel's beautiful stonework and wood carving. One of the most striking features is the adoration of the magi, by Rubens, which has been set up an altar-piece beneath a stained glass window.
