May 05, 1971 - Meeting of Nuclear-Planning Group Of The Nato: To terminate the two-day meeting of the nuclear-planning group of the Nato at the Bavarian village Mittenwald (Germay) the Minister of Defence of the Nato met in Munich. During the meeting it was question of the tactical use of nuclear arms under the strategy of a flexible reaction.
