Oct. 30, 1969 - October 30th 1969 Anti-rabies shot at Camberley Sixty Ministry of Agricultural marksmen, with 80 soldiers acting as beaters, were taking part in the anti-rabies hunt across the Old Dean and Baressa commons at Camberley, Surrey, wehre a dog with rabies ran wild a fortnight ago. Shotguns were being used to kill foxes, hares and rabbit, and a variety of smaller animals and birds who, it is feared may spread the disease.
