Jan. 01, 1953 - More Tankers For Persia -- Italian Company Chief's Assurance: Signor Mortillaro, managing director of the Supor, which is bringing 5, 000 tons of fuel oils from Persia in the Miriella, 3, 457 tons, has said that his company will send more tankers soon to Persia, Signor Mortillaro, who returned recently from Teheran, said the Miriella was coming by the Suez Canal. The British Embassy in Rome has warned the Italian Government the Britain considers the voyage of the Italian tanker, Mitiella is Illegal, and is prepared to take all measures to uphold the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company's right.
