Sep. 09, 1960 - Order for East-German participants of Olympic games. During a reception of the Council of Ministers, the east-Germany participants in the Olympic Games in Rome were honoured by Walter Ulbricht, the chairman of the Council of Ministers. OPS: cyclist and member of the People's Chamber Gustav Adolf Schur -right- who won the Silver Medal in the team road-racing, was presented by Walter Ulbricht with the National order of Merit in gold
