Aug. 08, 1972 - An original gift for the Olympia-guests of honour: Instead of the traditional Munchner Kindl the guests of honour at the Games receive now Schaffler-figures made of China as official present from the City of Munich. The figures in our picture show a scene out of the famous Schaffler-dance existing since 1517 and shown every 7 years once at the Shrovetide in Munich by the Schaffler, the guild of the coopers
