Jun. 06, 1962 - Opening Of New £1, 500, 000 Whisky Plant In Scotland. The One and a Half Million Pound new whisky plant of Messrs. John Dewar, was opened at Inveralmond - by Lord Polwarth, Chairman of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry. During the ceremony Lord Polwarth was presented with a beautiful silver Quaich by Lord Forteviot, Chief of the whisky combine. Keystone Photo Shows: Lord Polwarth and Lord Forteviot during the ceremonies. Lord Polwarth is toasting the future of the new premises from the Quaich which he received from Lord Forteviot
