Jan. 01, 1961 - WORKS BY RUSSIAN BORN SCULPTOR - ON SHOW IN LONDON. Eighty-three exhibits by Russian born Ossip Zadkine - said to be one of the greatest modern sculptors of the day - are being shown at the Tate Gallery in London. This is the first major exhibition of his works here - but they have been seen in New York and Paris etc. The exhibition shows his progress as a sculptor from 1954 to the present day.
