1950 - Airborne Support Demonstration. The Army Air Transport Training and Development Centre, Old Sarum, put on an airborne support demonstration for the Staff College, Camberley. It did do so in cooperation with the Army Air Corps Centre, the Joint Experimental Helicopter Unit (Army/RAF), Transport Command, RAF, the air forces of the USA and France, and aircraft manufacturers.
