Passengers Safe on Hijacked Plane
May 05, 1972 - Tel Aviv, Israel - Israeli soldiers stormed four Arab commandos aboard the hijacked Sabena Airlines Boeing 707 airliner at Tel Aviv airport, and shot and killed two of them. Two male terrorists died instantly. One female hijacker was seriously injured and another female captured. Both were carrying grenades. Only six of the 90 passenger were hurt and two soldiers were wounded. The jet was seized on Monday night after leaving Vienna, a stopping point on the flight from Brussels to Tel Aviv
