Senior under officer James Strong, from Umtali, Rhodesia, today receives Sandhurst's to award The Sword of Honour-from General Sir Charles Jones, Colonel Commandant, Royal Engineers, at the Sovereign's Parade, at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. General Sir Charles Jones took the parade on behalf of the queen.
