Feb. 02, 1967 - Brian Epstein is found dead - and The Beatles return from their meditation course in Wales.: Brian Epstein, 32, the man who discovered and managed the Beatles, was found dead at his £31, 500 home in London's Belgravia, yesterday. The Beatles heard the news of his death while they were on a transcendental meditation course with an Indian mystic at Bangor, North Wales.
