1964 - Ex-French Premier claims he found happiness with General De Gaulle's arrival. Ex Prime Minister Paul Reynaud will publish his latest book on the Foreign Policy of Gaullism in a few days. At the age of 86, Mr. Paul Reynaud who was defeated in the 1962 elections by a pro-Gaullist candidate recently declared that General De Gaulle made him discover happiness when his defeat gave him the time to think and write.
