May 05, 1980 - PC Trevor Lock Holds Press Conference At Scotland Yard: PC Trevor Lock, the hero of the Iranian embassy siege, gave a press conference at Scotland Yard today. He was on guard outside the Embassy last week when a terrorist forced him inside. And last night it was reported that he saved the life of an SAS soldier as he dived through the window. PC Lock dived at the legs of a terrorist who was about to shoot the soldier, so allowing the SAS man to kill the terrorist.
