Aug. 08, 1971 - Sculptor From Dusseldorf (West-Germany) Got A Contract As Bagpiper Now: He is no Scotsman the sculptor Peter Rubsam, but he plays the bagpipes just as good as a Scot! After a German record-company found out about that, it took him under an exclusive contract. In the next weeks they want to bring out a LP by Peter Rubsam with Scottish songs. Rubsam became interested in this instrument after visiting British Army troops in Germany.
